What we collect and why
Vanish Designs collects contact details, addresses, project messages and configuration choices to respond to inquiries and prepare estimates. Dealer applications also collect business information; dealer accounts hold sign-in details, company information, access status and discount tier. Our service providers may process IP addresses, browser information and security logs to operate and protect the site.
Who processes information
We do not sell or rent client or inquiry information, or share it for other companies’ marketing. We use hosting, account, form and email providers: Vercel, Supabase, Formspree, Resend and our business email services. They process information for those functions. Opening our Calendly booking tool allows Calendly to process booking and browser information under its own privacy policy. External websites linked here have their own policies.
Cookies and tracking
Sign-in cookies maintain your session. Blocking them may prevent account access. Our website does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals and includes no advertising pixels or dedicated visitor analytics. If you open Calendly, it and its partners may collect browsing information over time and across websites. Use Cookie Settings on the booking page to manage its optional cookies; Calendly’s privacy policy explains its practices.
Your information and choices
To request access, correction or deletion, or to stop promotional emails, contact david@vanishdesigns.com. We may verify your identity and retain records required for ongoing business or legal obligations. Records may also remain in service backups. Please do not send passwords or payment details.
